Returns
Due to the nature of pre-cut fabrics, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we want you happy with your purchase.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We will assist if:
• Item is faulty
• Item is incorrect
• Item arrives damaged
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Non-Returnable Items
• Cut fabric and pre-cuts (change of mind)
• Opened or used items
• Clearance or sale items
Refund Process
If approved:
• Refunds are issued to original payment method
• Processing time may vary by bank/provider
