All fabrics sold are factory-cut pre-cuts supplied by manufacturers.
We do not re-cut, alter, or resize pre-cuts.
While we aim to display colours accurately, screen settings and lighting may cause slight variation.
3. Pricing
All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors occur.
4. Orders
Orders are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will refund the item or offer an alternative.
5. Dispatch & Break Periods
We work hard to dispatch orders promptly.
However, our warehouse closes for short breaks throughout the year.
During these times:
• Our website remains open
• Orders can still be placed
• Dispatch is delayed until reopening
We always communicate closures in advance and appreciate your understanding.
6. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt fraud, or interfere with site operations.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Just Precuts is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or website.
